Why I Love Blacksmithing
I enjoy blacksmithing because it is so raw. Using fire and a hammer to move steel and create usable items and custom creations is addicting. I love the ancient nature of the art. Something that’s been used for thousands of years, still maintains its relevance today and allows me to share a craft that I love with raw creativity and passion.
I love designing projects and trying to figure out how to make things work. Every project is like a puzzle that needs to be solved and I am making the pieces. Every piece is one of kind.
Aside from that I am fascinated by the history of the art as well. the more I learn, the more amazed I am at what’s possible.
